We’ve got that old school feel, with some of the best bars and combo racks on the planet. Writing this, we have over 5000 kilos of calibrated plates, multiple competition racks from Eleiko and ER, deadlift platforms and as many power bars and specialty bars as you can imagine.
And we’re just as fussy about our machines. We’ve handpicked beauts like the Hammer Strength Plate Loaded Chest Press, Cybex Dual Axis Overhead Press and Cybex Adductor/Abductor, alongside big stack seated cable rows, lat pulldowns, leg extensions and hamstring curls. Outside of that we have calf raises, dip stations and dumbbells. Basically, the stuff we love training on ourselves.
As a gym run by lifters, we only want the best, so that’s what you’ll get.
